Brisbane Airport Visitor Information Centres
The Brisbane Airport Accredited Visitor Information Centres are operated by the Tourism Group trading as Southern Queensland Tourism. Each centre is officially accredited by Tourism and Events Queensland and offer a large variety of tourism opportunities to travellers. The Visitor Information Centres provide advice and information, assist with itinerary planning, and sell tourism products to those travelling through Brisbane Airport to Southern Queensland, Northern New South Wales or any other location within these States or throughout Australia. Other assistance is also given including general airport enquiries, flight information, and lost baggage.
Along with the Visitor Information Centres we engage over 165 airport Ambassadors who are volunteers within the community and who assist travellers arriving into and departing from Brisbane Airport. This program operates daily and is a constant source of encouragement and support for many of the travellers using Brisbane Airport.
