Melbourne Airport's Accredited Visitor Information Centre is operated by The Tourism Group.
The centre is officially accredited by Visit Victoria and provides travellers and airport staff with a wide range of tourism information, advice and services.

Melbourne Airport Ambassadors
Our Airport Ambassadors are dedicated community volunteers who generously donate their time to support travellers throughout Melbourne Airport. You’ll find them across both the Terminals, especially during peak travel periods, offering friendly assistance and local insight.
Each of our 90+ Ambassadors completes a comprehensive training program, equipping them with an in-depth understanding of airport procedures as well as tourism information across Victoria. From navigating terminal layouts to advice on accommodation, transfers, and tours, our Ambassadors are ready with helpful answers.
With volunteers from a wide range of professional backgrounds — the program brings together an impressive breadth of skills, enabling us to assist travellers from all over the world. Collectively, they contribute exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to make each visitor’s experience easier and more enjoyable.
You can easily spot our Ambassadors in their distinctive pink blazers.
