Located on Level 1 of the Domestic Central Terminal adjacent to Trade & Co Café.

Brisbane Airport’s two Accredited Visitor Information Centres are both operated by Southern Queensland Tourism, the parent company of The Tourism Group. Both centres have received official Visitor Information Centre accreditation from Tourism and Events Queensland and offer a great variety of tourism information, advice and services for travellers and terminal staff.

Apple Live Translate
Our Airport team are now equipped with Live Translation enabled AirPods. Available languages include Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
Chinese Language Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors include Chinese speaking Ambassadors who wear a distinct red shirt and place themselves specifically to meet inbound or outbound flights to China.
Hidden Disability Lanyards
Anyone travelling with a hidden or invisible disability can request a sunflower lanyard. Wearing the lanyard is a way to indicate to staff that you may need a little extra help, guidance or time with the airport process.
