Queensland Visitor Information Centre Accreditation
The Tourism Group is the appointed consultancy company contracted by Tourism and Events Queensland as The Secretariat / Program manager of the Accredited Visitor Information Centre network. The network includes over 90 Accredited Visitor Information Centres and 2 Accredited Mobile Centres. Accreditation continues to set the benchmark of industry standards for centres in the execution of their services and strives to continually improve and innovate in the delivery of visitor information services for domestic and international consumers travelling throughout the state.
